Apply éPure Advanced Skin Recovery Capsules, Aurum Beauty Oil or your preferred facial oil onto clean skin before use for a smoother glide.
Hold the Gua Sha Stone almost flat against the skin and apply light, gentle pressure. Glide slowly in one direction without pulling or tugging the skin.

1. Drain & De-Puff > Glide gently down the neck towards the collarbone.
2. Define Jawline > Fit the V-curve along the jawline and glide from the chin towards the ears.
3. Lift Cheeks > Glide from the sides of the nose outward and upward towards the temples.
4. Smooth Smile Lines > Glide from the sides of the nose outward towards the ears.
5. Lift Brows > Glide along the brows towards the temples.
6. Smooth Forehead > Glide from the brows upward towards the hairline.

Repeat each movement 5–8 times on each side.
